Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy-Online Purchase:

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note all items must be unused, unworn with original tags attached.

All other returns are subjected to shipping fees both ways- including orders received with "Free Shipping"- Usually it is $10+ each way to cover cost.

All International Shipping fees are Non-Refundable

All special & custom order returns will require a 15% restocking fee

Any item purchase "on Sale" at a discount may only be returned for Store Credit or exchange less any shipping charges incurred. Please note that all sale items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return Policy- In Store or POP Up Boutique: We will gladly accept all unworn merchandise back for Store Credit or Exchange within 10 days of purchase.

Any merchandise purchased on Sale is considered a "Final Sale- No return"

Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

International Shipping

 Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Your Shipping charge and service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please contact us to discuss your location so that we can calculate what the exact shipping rates will be. If you happen to place your order before contacting us, we will be contacting you shortly after to discuss exact shipping charges and collecting funds before sending out the order.

 

 Customs and Duties

 All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

PO Boxes

 Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS. No tracking numbers are available because USPS must hand the package off to the local Post Office in the respective countries.
