I know this designer/artist's work, and I don't see the item I want. Can you special order it for me?

Absolutely! We welcome special orders! We do our best to carry and stock a wide selection of our favorite artists and designers. Most of them are very prolific and maintain large collections, so there may be something available that we are not currently featuring. We are happy to order in something for you at no extra charge.

Do you match prices?

Yes, if you find an item at a lower price on a different site, we are happy to match it, so long as the it is not a clearance or flash sale or on a foreign (overseas) or 3rd party site like ebay. We are very competitively priced, so we are grateful for the opportunity to give you the best price available.

 Has my order shipped? 

Click the “Login” link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status, as well as manage other important information.

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

  Click the cart link at the top right hand side of our site to view products you have placed in your cart. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" to edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Feel free to call us for a last minute change, as well we would be happy to help you .


How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays the Package Tracking Numbers, check with USPS to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive? 

Backordered items are those in which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Here are some typical shipment periods for our different vendors:

Virgins Saints and Angels: 6-8 week production time for special/custom orders
King Baby Studio: 4-6 week production time for backordered items
French Kande: 10 days -2 weeks for shipment on backordered items
Andrea Candela : 4 weeks for shipment on special orders
Crislu: 4-6 weeks  for shipment on special orders
TAI: 1-2 Weeks for shipment on special orders
Julie Rofman: 10 days - 2 Weeks for shipment on special orders


Please keep in mind that these are just estimates.  There are circumstances when orders could arrive after the estimated wait period, or sometimes before

 

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?  

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our store , Florida

What are my payment options?

 During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Currently, we accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.  Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

 Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. You may also email us, and we will be happy to resend you an invoice. 


When will my credit/refund appear on my account?

 Credits usually take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

 Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order. We require to capture funds at the time an order is placed, even for items on backorder.

  3. Select “New customer? Sign up for an account”

Shipping and Returns

How much is my shipping?

  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.


*If your order total is $100 or more (not including tax), then your order ships for FREE!

*This offer is only good for the 48 contiguous states, however. If your order total is over $100, but is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, we still require shipment fees.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

  Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Depending on the availability of the items ordered, we will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

 

How do I return my product?

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Merchandise will need to be returned in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition. Please feel free to call us for instructions on returning an item.

  

I received the damaged/wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please call us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If your item is received with Damages, please  report immediately. All packaging must be saved and documented.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Please note all items must be unused, unworn with original tags attached. 

 

When will my order ship?
